Instructions for authors
Detailed formatting and submission instructions will be published alongside the abstract template and submission portal opening.

- Each submission must select one primary scientific topic from the eight official topics listed on the Topics page.
- At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete conference registration and pay the registration fee by 15 May 2027 in order for the contribution to appear in the programme.
- All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee under a single-blind process.
- Submissions must describe original, previously unpublished work and may not be under simultaneous consideration by another conference or journal with archival proceedings.
